Calcium Sulphate Dihydrate, commonly known as Gypsum Powder, is a white, odorless crystalline powder containing two molecules of water of crystallization. With an assay of 98–101%, it is widely used in construction, industrial, agricultural, and laboratory applications. It has moderate solubility in water and provides excellent setting and hardening properties, making it suitable for plaster, wallboard, cement, and molding applications.
