Ferrous Chloride Anhydrous is a water-free form of iron(II) chloride. It is a highly reactive, water-soluble iron salt that is used in laboratory reagents, industrial iron applications, water treatment, and chemical synthesis. Being hygroscopic, it readily absorbs moisture from the air and oxidizes to ferric chloride upon exposure.
